The Building

The Storage area is a modern, robustly constructed light and airy barn. It is fully lit and has electrical points throughout. The floor is dry and surfaced with small stone chippings.

Security

Joking apart, we take caravan security very seriously at Caravan Storage in France

The whole area is very secure. The gate entry is alarmed and the doors are padlocked and the whole area is lit at night with CCTV surveillance 24 hours a day.

The main house is 100 meters away where the owners live.

Smoke alarms are fitted throughout the building.

All gas bottles are stored in a secure compound outside.

Facilities

  • There are electrical points for low level heating of caravans in the coldest months.
  • A wash bay
  • Lights through the building.
  • Electrical points - 240v 16 amp throughout
  • 2 overnight pitches underneath a chestnut grove with water and electricity for clients caravans. These are to be used for one night only for those who wish to recover from a long drive before setting off on tour.

We generally require 48 hours notice before the collection day and 72 hours if you require our valeting and maintenance service.

Our Service

We aim to make your enjoyment of touring southern France and northern Spain as complete as possible.

Here are some of the services we have to offer:

  • Washing down and running gear maintenance before departure
  • Cleaning and polishing the interior
  • Top up of fuel for Motor homes
  • Laundry service and basic food stocking so you’re ready to go!
  • Positioning of your caravan at a campsite of your choice prior to your arrival

If you store your motor home with us a taxi service is available from Rodez airport to the site and back. Stansted to Rodez is very cheap and an easy 1¼ hour flight with Ryanair.

We have fitters who can carry out repairs and general maintenance.
